Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days of purchase.  After that delivery time varies depending on location and shipping service chosen.  All delivery times are an estimate, we do not guarantee delivery dates.  

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on weigh of shipment and distance it is being shipped.  

We ship orders Monday through Friday.  In November/ December and other busy seasons we also ship on Saturdays.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more.  If you choose free shipping it will be shipped standard shipping time (2-6 business days).  Free shipping applies to US domestic orders only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to more than 180 countries world wide.  International orders are shipped through USPS, for a complete list of countries we ship to visit click here (this link will take you to USPS.com).  

WRONG/ INCORRECT ADDRESS
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.  Buyer is responsible for all fees and/ or charges due to reshipment or change of address due to wrong or incomplete address provided.

DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees required in addition to shipping costs.  This includes all costs which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

MISSING/ REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package cannot be delivered, is lost by the shipping carrier, is unclaimed, missing, or is refused, buyer is responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.

  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product returns are not accepted.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 
If you order is damaged during shipping please click here to contact us.  Please DO NOT THROW ITEMS AWAY WITHOUT TAKING PICTURES.  We will need to verify any damage before items can be replaced.
